COMMUNIKEYS
Opening up a conversation
Each person and each relationship is unique.
Resolving any conflict will be unique too.
The key to a good relationship is effective communication. Learn key communication skills and have a robust conversation to resolve your differences rather than arguments / fights.
“As a mediator, I help people in conflict to resolve their own disputes with good results for everyone.”
- Ros Lockley

Having worked in the legal profession for many years, I am comfortable with conflict. Many people find conflict difficult, however I think conflict can create important change in the world. If dealt with respectfully, conflict can lead to a deeper understanding of each other and more meaningful relationships.
As a mediator, I help people resolve their disputes effectively and amicably.
The communication skills taught within my courses foster better relationships with those we value, including ourselves.
And better relationships make for a happier and more peaceful world.
